GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance
The realization of any booking with HOLYHOME LANZAROTE, SL implies the full acceptance of the present general conditions of recruitment.
2. User
The person making the booking shall be of age and responsible for the veracity of the data provided. Also, liable for all of the guests included in the booking.
3. Booking
Reservations may be made by telephone, email or directly through our website. The reservation will be considered confirmed once the user receives an email with the locator, and has received payment for the total or partial according to the tariff selected.
4. Prices
The prices vary depending on the number of squares, characteristics and equipment of the accommodation. The price includes towels, bed linens and basic kitchen utensils. In case you exceed the number of spaces allowed, they must have express authorization and there is an extra charge for extra bed.
5. Payment and prepayment
For non-refundable rates, the total payment will be required at the time of booking. In the case of bookings with free cancellation, will be charged 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% one week before arrival. The conditions of cancellation shall be applied according to the selected policy at the time of booking.
6. Maximum occupancy
The number of occupants may not exceed the one indicated in the reservation. To do so, shall be deemed to be a breach of the contract and be able to apply an additional charge, the loss of the deposit or even expulsion from the accommodation.
7. Bond
We will require a deposit at the time of check-in, the amount of which will depend on the type of property, number of guests and equipment. This deposit will cover any damages, losses or great cleaning. Will be returned upon inspection of the accommodation, provided that this is in the same condition in which it was delivered.
8. Entrance and exit times
The time of entry will be from 15:00 hours. The output should be carried out before 11:00 hours. The breach of this schedule may result in a penalty of up to €100.
9. Responsibility
HOLYHOME LANZAROTE, SL not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. Property insurance does not cover items of value not insured or not protected properly. We act as intermediaries between the owner and client, so we limit ourselves to ensure the accuracy of the information published and the terms and conditions of the accommodation.
10. Minor
Minor children must be supervised at all times, especially in properties with a swimming pool, being exclusive responsibility of the adults that accompany them.
11. Music, parties and noise
Do not allow loud music or noise above 65 dB between 21:00 and 09:00 hours. It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or gatherings with people outside the reservation. Non-compliance may result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
12. Garbage collection
It is the customer's obligation to remove the waste daily and dispose in the container enabled. You should not become waste at the time of check-out.
13. Cleaning
The property is delivered to the host in the optimal conditions of cleanliness and maintenance. At the end of the stay, the accommodation must be left in a state of order and cleanliness reasonable, similar to the one received.
In the event that the property is returned in conditions of excessive dirt or neglect that require a great cleaning, the landlord reserves the right to apply a penalty of a minimum of 50€.
14. Keys
The loss or non-return of the keys will involve a minimum charge of 100 € for the replacement of locks and labor cost.
15. Other expenses
The consumption of water, electricity, gas and internet are included unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible cuts occasional supplies outside of our management.
16. Cancellations
Cancellation of bookings will incur charges, as specified in each case. Any cancellation must be made in writing via email and the date of the shipment shall be considered as valid for its management.
17. Breach and abandonment
The early departure of the property will not be entitled to any refund. In the event of a claim, it shall provide the data necessary to file the corresponding complaint.
18. Alterations of the booking
HOLYHOME LANZAROTE, SL reserves the right to substitute the reserved accommodation for other features and location similar to a case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
19. Jurisdiction
For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the island of Lanzarote, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
20. Availability and eviction
The guest undertakes to perform the entrance to the leased premises from 15:00 hours on the day of the start of the booking and also to evict you, without exception, before 11:00 hours on the day fixed as the date of departure, unless express written permission of the landlord.
The breach of this schedule without cause and without prior communication and authorization by the landlord may be considered as an occupation illegitimate of the property, with the legal consequences that this may entail, including the exercise in immediate legal action for the recovery of the possession of the good.
Also, it is noted that the present agreement does not constitute in any case a lease of a principal residence, but a lease of the season only for the purposes of vacation, as provided for in the Law of Urban Leases (LAU), article 5 (e), and the regulations tourist applicable.
